Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Bespoke / Custom Commissions: Unique, one-of-a-kind pieces designed specifically for a client.
Personalized Items: Jewelry with engravings or specific custom modifications.

Note: Standard catalog items that are made-to-order are eligible for returns under our standard 14-day policy.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping & Duties

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
